This is a contract between two subjects, based on which the contracting parties entrust Siref Fiduciaria with the mandate to enforce contractual agreements, in particular the sale and purchase of company shareholdings or business units and real estate. Siref Fiduciaria acts as an escrow agent between the contracting parties: it manages the assets or the counter value, segregated by the contract between the parties, making them available to the entitled person only upon fulfilment of the conditions laid down. The Fiduciary company's intervention mutually guarantees the parties compliance with all contractual agreements and provisions.
This is a legal instrument that is highly efficient in the administration, management and disposal of assets, enabling the safeguarding of its owners' personal and family asset interests. PIt allows a high degree of protection and asset conservation to be achieved, while preserving the unitary nature of personal, family and business affairs and consciously addressing the issue of generational transfer, with the eventual possibility to also implement actions in the areas of solidarity and charity.
